Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 13, 2026
Welcome to HotspotSaaS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HotspotSaaS web application, API, and associated WiFi management services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering for an account, linking your network access server (NAS) devices, or using any aspect of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Account Registration and Subdomains
To use the Service, you must register for an account and select a unique subdomain prefix (e.g. yourcompany.hotspot.com). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your subdomain. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2. WiFi User Data and Legal Compliance
As a tenant operator, you are responsible for the internet usage, compliance, and traffic auditing of the end-users who log into your captive portal. HotspotSaaS acts solely as a RADIUS and billing coordinator. You agree to:
- Ensure guest users comply with local laws and regulations regarding public internet access.
- Implement proper logging and identification matching (such as SMS or voucher mappings) where legally required in your jurisdiction.
- Maintain clear privacy policies explaining to your guest users how you capture and process their MAC addresses, phone numbers, or emails.
3. Subscription Fees, Wallets, and Commissions
Our Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to the pricing tier selected.
- Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance. If your subscription is suspended due to non-payment, portal routing will be temporarily blocked.
- Agent Wallet System: If you utilize the Reseller/Agent module, you are solely responsible for managing and recharging agent digital wallets, and paying commissions. HotspotSaaS does not handle escrow for reseller funds.
4. Service Availability and RADIUS Latency SLA
While we strive to maintain a 99.99% uptime for our authentication endpoints, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. System maintenance, network routing failures, or upstream cloud problems may cause temporary outages. RADIUS authentication response latencies can vary depending on local ISP congestion.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HotspotSaaS, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the loss of network connectivity, voucher database corruption, agent wallet discrepancies, or unauthorized access to guest user profiles.
6. Contact Us
